What does a Registered Nurse do at Grow Paediatrics?
Registered nurses support children with medical, developmental and complex care needs to stay healthy, safe and thriving in their daily lives.
At GROW Paediatrics, our nursing team supports children from birth to 8 years by:
- Providing clinical assessment, monitoring and medical care
- Supporting feeding (including NG/PEG management, tube weaning and mealtime safety)
- Assisting with sleep, settling and routines for medically complex infants
- Developing care plans for children with chronic or complex medical needs
- Working alongside families to build confidence in managing care at home
Everything we do is centred around your child’s wellbeing, ensuring they receive gentle, skilled support at every step.
Our Approach
Our registered nurses take a holistic, child-focused approach that considers the full picture of your child’s health, development and family routines. We collaborate closely with parents, carers and multidisciplinary team members to create care plans that are safe, evidence-informed and practical for everyday life.
Whether providing clinical care, feeding support or early intervention guidance, our nursing team is dedicated to empowering families through education, reassurance and compassionate care.

What to expect
When you work with our registered nurses, you can expect a calm, nurturing and family-centred approach. We take the time to understand your child’s medical history, current needs and what daily life looks like for your family.
Sessions may include clinical reviews, feeding and mealtime support, care plan development, sleep and settling guidance, and hands-on training to help you feel confident managing care at home.
We keep communication open and clear, collaborate with your child’s wider care team, and ensure you always know what to expect. Our goal is to help your child feel safe, supported and well—while helping families feel empowered every step of the way.
