The GROW Baseline is our complex care nurse-led assessment that takes a whole-body look at what’s going on beneath the surface.
In allied health, we’re good at what we do within our lanes. But the honest truth is that feeding, communication, and learning don’t happen in isolation. A child who isn’t sleeping. A child who’s constipated. A child whose medications haven’t been reviewed recently. These things matter, and they matter enormously, and they’re often the piece nobody has looked at carefully.
The Baseline is designed to change that.
Led by our experienced complex care nurses, the assessment deep dives into the body systems that can quietly undermine a child’s capacity to engage, learn, and thrive. This includes bowel health and constipation, sleep, and medication review, along with other relevant body systems that may be contributing to or exacerbating the child’s presentation.
Because here’s what we know from years of clinical work: a dysregulated, poorly rested, or constipated child is going to find it much harder to engage meaningfully in therapy. Getting a child to their baseline, physically and physiologically, isn’t a side project. It’s foundational. When the body is functioning better, everything else becomes more possible.
The GROW Baseline is available both face to face and via telehealth, making it accessible regardless of where you’re located.

How to Refer
