GROW offers clinical mentoring and supervision provided by our senior Speech Pathologist, Feeding Therapist, and Director, Jessie. With over 20 years of experience in paediatric feeding, dysphagia, oral motor delays, early communication, complex disability and presentations and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT), Jessie works with early-career and experienced clinicians who want to go deeper in complex paediatric presentations.

Supervision with Jessie is clinical, curious, and honest. Expect reasoning-forward conversations, genuine challenge, and support that goes beyond protocol. She specialises in pre-mentoring for clinicians working with complex feeding presentations, and brings a whole-body, whole-system lens to every case discussion.

Sessions are available individually or as part of an ongoing mentoring arrangement, face to face or online.
